Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and chose your own delivery provider.
Any returned merchandise must be received in its original (new and undamaged) condition for a refund to be issued, so please pack all returns carefully and responsibly. Also please ensure that your return shipment is properly insured and fully trackable by the carrier you choose.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@soldemexicoimports.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
When item has been used or placed long time without informed us about the damage.
Exchanges
You must report the damage to us within ten (10) calendar days. The customer will be asked for photos to document the damage and can then accept a discount based upon the extent of the damage or exchange the damaged item(s) for the same item(s) or one(s) of equal value. Any discounts made available to the customer will be made at the sole discretion of Sol de Mexico Imports, and all extra shipping charges for merchandise exchange, if requested, are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
